Needed my optoma projector repaired as it was no longer receiving a signal from our Virgin media box. Spoke to James, and he said he could repair it.

Service was quick and cost was fair at PS149, however when I tested the unit in our cinema room there was no picture, just sound.

James didnt seem interested in any form of aftercare and rather patronisingly claimed the problem was with our virgin media box. I’ve tested the box with another screen and it’s working fine. I feel a bit gutted as I’ve now spent good money for nothing and would rather have put the money towards a new projector.

I’m sure this company is on the whole reliable but my experience was not so. I would have given a higher rating if I had been offered any help or a solution afterwards.

My BENQ projector kept turning off every 5 mins. I posted it to a near by specialist who couldn’t identify the issue. I then sent it to James who took it apart, diagnosed the issue and fixed the faulty fan. He was fantastic from start to finish. Really impressed with the service. He was also very understanding and accomodating when I had issues with the couriers, who failed to to deliver on multiple occasions. Would highly recommend James and his company.
