The team at NCS have supported me with my IT requirements for five years since I set up my micro-business and I have nothing but praise for their services. They have been like my own IT Suport department and I know I can call on them anytime and they are happy to sort out any issue no matter how small. The Homefix service is brilliant because they can connect remotely on the spot and see what you are seeing. One of the best things about the service is that they always answer the phone (or return a call very quickly) and engage with your problem straight away – essential when you are working and depending on your PC! The NCS team are very friendly and knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

He managed to get back to me the same day, and didn’t charge for part of service he easily could have done. Very grateful for the help.

The Homefix service is great as they can connect remotely to diagnose and resolve problems. They also offer an annual computer cleaning service getting rid of junk that accumulates.
This is also done remotely.
