I would give a no star if I could !

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

Had iPad charging port replaced stopped working again 2 weeks later
took elsewhere to get fixed the repair guy actually showed me as soon as he opened up the iPad there was screws missing to hold the charging port in which is why it was so loose!
2 screws holding lcd screen in when there should be 4 !!

Shield plate missing that holds down the cables, they had used sticky tape instead !!!!

Paid $130 for my childs ipad that obviously aren’t cheap to be completely ruined.

So beware as customers we don’t see what’s underneath the screen and what these people do I was just fortunate I found a good HONEST repairer that actually pulled the iPad apart infront of me when I explained what the issue was.

When I left a review on Facebook they were unprofessional rude told me it’s my fault and that I had no idea what I was talking about and don’t know the facts as well as sharing my PRIVATE information in a screen shot on Facebook
Also tried to say it was on a device I had in their hands over a year ago !
Tried to deny to cover their butt instead of actually addressing the issue and fixing the problem.
Then deleted my review,
Reviews are in place for a reason
I’ll take what happen to me as a lesson but don’t want it to happen to anyone else as it is really unfair we don’t know what’s being done under the screen of our devices.
I literally had a shield plate taken out and never put back in to protect the cables

Pretty disappointed would be a understatement

Great customer service. Got my screen replaced and every after they accidently under quoting me, they didn’t ask for extra for proper price.
