Had an arcing issue on a fuse board that was in the consumer box fitted in my touring caravan. A new board was priced at nearly PS300, but suppy was the problem, quoted at over 12 weeks. Found NPE via Google, checked that they did work for the public and not just industry. Repair was turned around in a week. Excellant service along with a very reasonable repair cost. Very friendly and approachable owner.
We had a 3 phase welder which literally went up in smoke. Availability of spare parts was difficult and the parts were very pricey. Hoss and the team repaired the machine for much less than the dealer spares and reconditioned the rest of the machine at the same time. Communication was good and the service was superb. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking to repair instead of renew.
Cannot recommend npe enough this company is outstanding. Dropped my caravan charging unit of for repair I had a phone call within a hour to say it was ready for collection the next day I highly recommend npe to any one the service I received was outstanding thank you I will definitely be going to npe first in the future
