OK, I have been shopping around for someone to replace my laptop screen for a few weeks. I always specify high resolution screens at the lowest screen size. I found out that there are consequences to this as Steve had some difficulty sourcing an exact match (16″ and a high resolution (2560×1600) 16:10 format). I have been quoted lower than what I paid but not by much but what I gained was experience in care and attention to detail. Steve is a great guy and I would recommend him highly.
I couldnt get my tablet screen to turn on, so I contacted Steve & asked him to have a look at it for me. He identified the problem & fixed it for me. He also helped me with other issues I had. I found him very pleasant & easy to talk to as he explained things to me. I would certainly have no hesitation in using him again, & would definitely recommend him. First class service from Steve I cant thank him enough.
Well, you couldn’t ask for better professional service from Steve …. with no sharp intake of breath… he was cheerful , helpful and had a positive ,’can-do attitude…. a rarity in this day-and-age. Promptly resolved by him …there and then… and recovered my 23+ years old 3 1/2″ floppy disc info and emailed me the readable files. Highly recommend… what great service ! Many thanks.
