Horrible unfriendly service, false promises, almost lost my charger, tried to charge me more than agreed.
Put my laptop there due to disfunctional keyboard due to luqid. Said they would clean it in a few hours, ended up not answering for the whole day only to call me a day later to say keyboard needs to be replaced – said it would take a day or two for the new one to arrive.
won’t answer for days, when they do appereantly they ordered ther wrong keyboard, and just forgot to let me know, again – I was the one who had to call each time to gain the new update.
a few extra days go boy with no response ad when I called to complain, instead of appologising the guy was actually angry at me telling me that he has many other customers to deal with and thta it’s my problem if I am disappointed from the service.

He says it will be ready a day later, and I explain to him we have to come a very long way to get there – when we were there he didn’t answer the phone…

finally, today, two weeks after I first put my laptop there, he calls to say it’s finished and we can pick it up –
My girlfriend went there to pick it up but of course they didn’t even finish yet and she needed to wait – when it was finally fixed they wanted to charge extra 20 euros, after that they couldn’t find the charger we left there.

overall terrible experience, very catchy, one has to call them for them to open the gate outside, the owner is an angry unfriendly man and I highly recommend to not leave your laptop there.

p.s the woman working for him was very nice and realized how unprofessional the whole thing is.

Schrecklich unfreundlicher Service, falsche Versprechungen, hatte fast mein Ladegerat verloren, versuchte, mir mehr als vereinbart in Rechnung zu stellen.
Habe meinen Laptop wegen einer defekten Tastatur wegen luqid dorthin gestellt. Sie sagten, sie wurden ihn in ein paar Stunden reinigen, antworteten am Ende den ganzen Tag lang nicht, nur um mich einen Tag spater anzurufen und mir zu sagen, dass die Tastatur ersetzt werden musse – sie sagten, es wurde ein oder zwei Tage dauern, bis die neue ankame.
antwortete tagelang nicht, als sie es offensichtlich taten, bestellten sie die falsche Tastatur und vergassen einfach wieder, mir Bescheid zu geben – ich war derjenige, der jedes Mal anrufen musste, um das neue Update zu erhalten.
ein paar zusatzliche Tage gehen Junge ohne Antwort Anzeige, als ich anrief, um mich zu beschweren, anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, war der Kerl eigentlich wutend auf mich, als er mir sagte, dass er sich um viele andere Kunden kummern muss, und dass es mein Problem ist, wenn ich vom Service enttauscht bin.

Er sagt, es wird einen Tag spater fertig sein, und ich erklare ihm, dass wir einen sehr langen Weg zurucklegen mussen, um dorthin zu gelangen – als wir dort waren, ging er nicht ans Telefon…

heute schliesslich, zwei Wochen, nachdem ich meinen Laptop zum ersten Mal dort abgestellt habe, ruft er an, um zu sagen, dass er fertig ist und wir ihn abholen konnen –
Meine Freundin ging hin, um es abzuholen, aber naturlich waren sie noch nicht einmal fertig, und sie musste warten – als es endlich repariert war, wollten sie 20 Euro mehr verlangen, danach konnten sie das Ladegerat nicht mehr finden, das wir dort gelassen hatten.

Insgesamt schreckliche Erfahrung, sehr unangenehm, man muss sie anrufen, damit sie das Tor draussen offnen, der Besitzer ist ein wutender, unfreundlicher Mann, und ich empfehle dringend, den Laptop nicht dort liegen zu lassen.

p.s. Die Frau, die fur ihn arbeitet, war sehr nett und erkannte, wie unprofessionell das Ganze ist.

Beware!!! They never gave me my laptop back after damaging it useless. It has been 4yrs already and back then i had no money as a student to go legal and these guys used that legal loophole of filing for banruptcy and exploited it. Same scam company just a new name at the same location (check maps).

I am working now, earning well so have zero interest to deal with these fraud people, but would like to make you aware if you deal with them.
In a nutshell, they can fix things. But if they can’t then a lot of people have been in the same misery as me (reviews from their old company name)

Mein Laptop hatte ein Wasserschaden. Hab ihm abgegeben; sie wollten sich erstmal anschauen wie hoch der Schaden ist und sich dann melden bezuglich eines Kostenvoranschlags fur die Reparatur. Je nachdem hatte ich den Laptop reparieren lassen. Haben sich nicht gemeldet und als ich anrief hiess es, dass sie den Laptop bereits auseinander genommen und gesaubert haben. Zog sich uber mehrere Tage; beim Abholen hiess es dann dass es 70-90 Euro kosten! Null professionell so eine Vorgehensweise. Die Tastatur funktioniert leider weiterhin nicht; muss wohl ausgetauscht werden.
