I asked for a machine with Ubuntu installed on which they agreed to clearly, and I got one with Windows installed on so that’s a setback for the start of my University course. The laptop was good apart from that and they are reasonably knowledgeable, although last time they did an Ubuntu install there were also graphics issues (this time there’s also graphics issues after I did get Ubuntu)

Professional , competent and organised. They repaired my laptop successfully, quickly and inexpensively. When I returned a few days later with an unrelated fault they fixed it without charge – I have no hesitation in recommending them.
