This place is a joke. Last year my girlfriend’s Asus laptop was broken, and since this store sells mostly Asus laptops, we came here for some help. They checked it, and a couple of hours later a guy told us that the motherboard is broken, it can’t be repaired, we have to buy a new one. I knew what was the problem, but we had to pay 20EUR for this answer, and an offer for a new laptop, which was otherwise worse than the old one.
Overpriced but relatively quick (just over 24 hours for me). If you do not have time to shop around, it’s not a bad choice. Will charge for diagnosis and work separately, so it does get a bit pricey. The keyboard, not the problem it was taken in for, came back in far worse shape then when they got it, causing me to have to buy a remote one.
Prices for used second hand are ok. Didn’t want to take back my unused unopened sdd drive though. There was a little bend in the packaging to be fair. It wasn’t big tho. Why do I support small shops, pay higher priced if I don’t even have an advantage in service ?
