You can do so much more to check if it is used for gaming. Like one card per houshold, IP tracking, adress tracking, name tracking. ID card checking… all these options to give real gamers a opportunity.

I will remove this review if you give the real gamers a opportunity to buy a RTX for there gaminghobby’s so they can complete there systems… and not to buy an overpriced card from a scalper or bot.

Because of a mistake from a delivery company, I had to wait one week without receiving my online ordered item which was in discount. I have contacted the complain team on the feedback E-Mail address and they have really sent me a new better item with the original discount price of the previous version of it since it was not available anymore online. The normal customer service team cannot make such brave decisions for such delivery problems. Especially my ordered item was in discount and then not available any more. Thanks feedback team for your support .. Full respect!
However please deal with good delivery companies .. the cheap ones just make mistakes and troubles for the customer and notebooksbilliger team at the end.

Paid for overnight service, but once paid got email stating will take 5 days. Called and complained so they sent a lap top to me without a hard drive installed !!!! Then got a replacement after going back and forth 1 week later. 3 months later I had a simple well you would think so if these people knew what they are doing with Windows office. It took 12 days and 4 phone calls to finally get someone to confirm the office system key for office was not purchased only windows 10 operating system. The service is terrible and it appears that no one reads or understands the issues being faced by their clients. Will not purchase anything from them again.
