Exceptional service! I placed an order for a washing machine late in the evening, explained how I needed it urgently and to my delight, it was delivered & fitted promptly the very next day. The efficiency of the delivery service exceeded my expectations. Steve is a really nice caring guy easy to talk to & very understanding. The process was seamless, and the product arrived in perfect condition. I’m very impressed with the promptness and reliability definitely recommend him to anyone- truly a five-star experience! Remember if he does not answer the phone straight away. he is one man with one pair of hands that is perhaps in the middle of helping someone. Absolutely delighted with the service! I had an issue with my oven. I called and received a same-day call-out, and they were able to send an engineer out on a Saturday, which was incredibly convenient. The engineer arrived after a time what was convenient for me, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. I was impressed by their efficiency and expertise. Having my oven back in working order on the same day was a lifesaver, especially on a weekend. Highly recommend this service for their reliability and excellent customer care!

After foolishly overloading my 18-yr old washing machine last Thursday, the spinner stopped working. I rang Steve on Friday and he sent his assistant out within an hour or so. He found that it was beyond repair so I had a chat with Steve and ordered a new machine. They brought it that same afternoon, installed, tested it and took the old machine away.
Problem solved and I’m delighted with the new one, which has a 2-yr warranty and is very quiet!
