Our TV display stopped working but the back-light was on. Tried our best to make it work but couldn’t do it. Contacted NWD and he clearly explained the pricing and procedure. Paid the PS30 deposit and few hours later I was informed the TV is fixed and to pay the remaining PS80. Went and inspected the TV and collected. Simple and easy process. Very professionally handled. He even gave a 3 months warranty or partial refund. Overall splendid experience, would definitely recommend trying this route rather than throwing your TV away.

Spoke too Nigel over the phone about an issue with our bush TV, unfortunately it became quickly apparent the TV could not be fixed, Nigel proceeded to provide us with incredibly valuable information about our consumer rights and steps we can take and services he could provide that would allow us to get almost a full refund on our TV the information he provided we wouldn’t have had a chance of knowing without him, he took the extra time to help us free of charge over the phone, incredible knowledge and service.

Even though my TV was not fully fixed it was not Nigel’s Fault, he did exactly what I needed him to do and that was to.outrule the back light was not defective, he then advised the correct part to try next to resolve my issue, I trust Nigel and his wealth of knowledge and now as expected from the great advice the TV is now fully working.
