Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I upgraded my phone today only to find when I got home it was faulty. So I travelled all the way back to see if they could help sat just over an hour listening to every excuse of why they can’t help me rather than a solution that could sort the problem at hand. I then said I would have to cancel my contract and they can take the phone back .It was abruptly handed to me with receipt and told you can’t cancel the contract at the shop . And finally the three staff standing trying to sort the issue for over an hour explained they had not enough experience to deal with this after wasting my time. (One did have a team lead badge on as well )Not once whilst being there for over an hour did anyone turn around and apologize for the inconvenience on behalf of O2. This truly is the worst service I have ever experienced.

Staff are ok when your buying A phone or taking out A contract but if something happens your phone mid contract they don’t want to know my partners ZFlip stopped working it was sent away for repair only to be told it would take 379 quid to repair it we were in on Saturday they offered us no help what so ever ended up going to Argos and bought A phone to cover her until her contract runs out won’t be back near them

Thank you to Ethan and all the staff at Ballymena and Coleraine shops for their patience and help while i chose a new phone. Thx for sourcing and configuring said device. Always friendly with good advice and excellent working knowledge. I have never left an O2 store without feeling I’ve achieved what I had hoped to, or on occasion, achieved even more than that.
