Abysmal service. Initially called in to ask if I needed to change contracts so as to use my phone as normal when out of the country.
Shop advised that no change was needed, however, this wasn’t the case. I was unable to use my phone as normal and was also stung with extra charges.
Called into the branch when I returned to express my grievance but was ‘assisted’ by a young lady who obviously saw me as an interruption to her day and not a customer.

She had a very ignorant manner and was borderline rude in her attitude even though I was very polite and I understood the problem wasn’t directly hers.

I did hold back from expressing how livid I was with her attitude rather than embarrass her in front of other customers and her colleagues.

I have now registered an official complaint. I wouldn’t normally bother as I have more important things to deal with but her attitude pushed me towards this.

Ps it will be interesting to see how the shop owner responds to this.

Thank you to the lovely staff (young girl with blonde hair and the young lad with the BMW) We broke down outside the store and asked for some help. The staff offered us a cool place to sit, a drink, came and helped with the car and helped us seek some advice. Couldn’t of asked for a better service. No it’s not selling a product but it gives me confidence that anyone who buys from this shop will be met with a lovely team who will go the extra mile, who genuinely care and want to help. Brilliant 02 service and we said we do fancy switching over so we will pop back soon to do so 🙂

Today I visited the shop to be greeted with a lovely lady called Suralya who helped myself and mum with a connection problem between our phones calling each other. She got to the bottom of the problem in minutes , so nice of her to sort it out and made sure it was working before we left store this had been a problem for a few weeks and was important to have the service due to emergency calling my mum if needed . Thanks again for all your help today.
