I went in to speak with someone as i am having issues with getting a refund that i am due, i spoke with Alex and she was great and very helpful, I would love to stay she was 5 star..Alex told me to wait 1 and a half weeks for an email from the o2 customer service agent that she spoke to on my behalf to confirm I would get a full refund of PS133 but I still haven’t received the email or the refund… can this be chased? O2 have been charging me 19.06 since June last year when I cancelled all of my contracts in May last year… I would appreciate it if someone could contact me at the email address I gave to Alex..(caz007) i believe she will have the rest of my email. I have received some advislce on what i should do next and I have been told to allow 48hrs for the email and the payment but now its 5 days later and still no news.. I don’t want to have to take this further as I have already been back and forth with the customer service team on the phone and feel I am not getting anywhere, this is nearly a year now and it is getting ridiculous and recieving threatening letter saying that o2 will pass my details to a debt collection company is really starting to stress me out specially when this is their mistake.. no issue with brid shop just o2 customer service is shocking please can this be looked into asap.

Went into the shop on Thursday to buy a new phone for my wife. The staff were first class, asked what we were looking for & suggested suitable options. I purchased a phone & one guy transferred the data from the old phone to the new one, whilst the other guy did all the contract paperwork. Great team work & a pleasure to do business with them. Both highly knowledgeable, professional & friendly. Thank you to both concerned.

I had a major problem with my mobile phone that caused it to keep crashing and unusable. I called in without an appointment and they sorted my phone out within 35 minutes. The staff were all great and extremely helpful.
