Nada who helped me was lovely. Actually, all the staff were lovely. However, there seems to be a corporate lack of attention to the store. Previous reviews have commented on the look of the store. That’s not staff fault, but it does feel dated, uncomfortable chairs, and scruffy on the outside. This may be the company focused (like bank branches) on moving away from a high street footprint. However, for a big store in the middle of Brighton, a shop refit, and enough staff to deal with customers would easily make it more profitable. Well done Nada – you were fast, efficient and very helpful. I managed to upgrade like you said, and I didn’t shout at the new phone phone or anything 🙂

Miriam, the store manager, couldn’t care less about me or my issues with O2. At one point walking off in the middle of my explanation to chat to her manager. Not about my issue but simply to fluff her up.

I didn’t catch her name but the ‘receptionist’ was incredibly standoffish, rude and un energetic to both me and multiple other customers while I was in store.

The only saving grace was Ethan who tried is very best with his limited ‘power’ to fix my issue to no joy.

O2 as a company have been incredibly unhelpful throughout my issues and this particular store has been the cherry on top.

If you can, don’t use O2.
