1 star is too much for the staff at this store. I have spoken to 3 separate people over 2 visits (19/07/23 & 04/08/23)in store and all 3 spoke down to me like a was something they had stood in on the pavement. All they say is “have you tried ringing O2” (which I had) “we can’t help” “here use our phone to ring O2” after waiting on hold for 20 minutes I asked how long I was going to sit waiting for someone to answer and was told very snottily “I don’t know there’s more then you trying to contact them”. I eventually walked out of the store without paying the money I owe O2 that I’m wanted to pay. If you are looking for a phone or sim don’t use these patronising people

The Managers at this shop are absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, affable and efficient, they quickly understand complex problems which are often badly explained by confused and non-technically minded customers It must be a very tough job! I’ve had a longstanding and complicated issue with my O2 contract (a porting issue not connected with the excellent service I’ve received from the Managers) and they have gone above and beyond to try and sort it out for me. I would highly recommend the shop and would like to say a big thank you to the Managers for all their extremely hard work. 5 stars without a doubt!

Served by Andy who went over and above to meet our needs and to rectify our issues, updating as required, while also finding best deal currently available. He was able to reduce overall outlay and increase our connectivity as well. He was friendly and approachable, direct, willing to explain differences in non techie speak and make us feel both welcome and appreciated.
We want in for one phone issue, updated another, complete with new sims then in chatting sorted husbands phone contract and a new tablet updated to our needs for only a pound more than paying for sim only contract…
