Called into 02 shop Coleraine Required new lead for my charger went up to counter the young man completely ignored me did not lift his head from his mobile after standing for few minutes another couple came through the door looking at phones and he immediately went down the shop to them very rude and not good for custom I buy all my phones in this shop and I found his attitude very strange doesn’t take much to be pleasant I would say he gets more commission on selling phones than accessories Need a new phone shortly will go elsewhere Very sad this happen Young man needs to take a lesson on how to treat customers Takes very little to be helpful.

Despite there being 3 sales assistants no one even approached us! It’s ok to be busy but it’s not ok to be ignored! As simple, “hello, someone will be with you on a couple of minutes” would make the world of difference. I wanted to change my payment details. I was told that it could only be done by ringing customer services unless I upgraded at the same time. Yes, like I’m going to do that?
Anyway, I went home and struggled through the O2 app and was able to do it myself quite easily in the end. The guy just couldn’t be arsed as far as I’m concerned.

Took out Switch Up with O2, meant to be able to switch phones whenever you want, spent an hour with 1 of the staff picking a new phone, new tariff etc, (he was very helpful) but along comes Mr Big looking down his nose at me, then tells me I can’t switch because of the smallest scratch on 1 of the corners of the phone, tells me I need to pay off the rest of the Contract 1st. (Always a catch)
Anyone on O2 using Switch Up ask the jobsworths to check the phone 1st because that’s an hour of my life wasted I’m never getting back.
Getting no more money off me ya crooks!
