If I could I would have given o2 a 0…
If I could I would have given o2 a 0 star rating…. I took out an iPhone 15 with unlimited mins texts data and insurance was told that my bills would be PS58 a month when I first took the contract out in February but was told tonight by customer service that my bill would be PS75 a month, I would strongly advise anyone not to go with o2 they will take advantage of you go to Tesco mobile instead

Very attentive staff who are extremely knowledgeable in the products and their features. They offer very good advise based on your requirements and are intended n no way pushy towards trying to get a sale at any cost. If you want to seriously look for a new phone or contract you won’t be disappointed talking to the guys in here and will end up with what you want at a decent price.
Just pop in to see about upgrading my phone. The lovely young lady that helped me was very, very helpful, knowledgeable of the phones. Understanding, very patient and make sure l had all the information l needed to make the right choice. Excellent service, excellent customer service and a very relaxed comfortable lovely atmosphere.
