We were pushed for time to get to my sons birthday party, so we left empty handed. Bought the phone in argos and went in today and were served by the most helpful, absolute gem of an assistant called Edgar, who set us up with a pay monthly deal for the new phone, then he checked my contract and was able to save me PS5 per month on my phone, was able to apply a discount for my daughters phone, and told us about a good broadband deal that we were eligible for – he was amazing with us, and we left feeling thankful we did return – we were meant to go back today, because he was actually keen to help, and couldn’t have done more for us – we would happily go back to him when we next need anything for our phones.
I’d reason to call to in person adjust a tariff and often these can be tedious and lengthy processes – but I was assigned a seat and young smiling customer service girl quickly and calmly secured the account and with expertise (& a little humour) I think we both left the process complete and with a smile … so “thank you” Polish girl at O2 Rushmere – excellent service! (I have now idealised what good customer service should be )
