Very unhelpful coming to end of my phone contract with 02. Wanted to move to a sim only plan, had already tried ringing customer services and went into the shop for help but was told they couldn’t help.

After no help from o2 on the phone for 2 days Cramlington shop. A lovely man called Brian sorted everything for me in a few hours, from updating my software to retrieving my old number which had been cancelled. Thank you again
Had issues with my phone for months, no one had helped… took it in and Brian helped me straight away with a simple fix took the time to help went above and beyond. Highly recommended
