I was having problems with my phone as to texting. Called in on the off chance I could get some info and expecting to be told you go on to Web and it will sort it out. No! A very helpful assistant seated me down, asked for my phone, and sorted it in a jiffy. He then asked if I had any other problems as if I did he would sort it out, he then checked my account to see if I had a competitive package and he agreed that the one i had was very good. As my account had recently been transferred from Virgin Media to BT, I could not be any happier with the customer service I received.
Then, to top it all, he told me if I had any future problems with my phone to just call in and see them. 100% satisfaction, thank you, BT Shop Cwmbran.

Awful customer service. My grandparents were recently scammed and drove to cwmbran to get some support in the shop. The staff were very unhelpful and just told them to ring up. I work in the industry and understand how it works… not everything should be about selling and the staff should be supporting elderly customers who do not understand how the systems work… I am disgusted with the lack of support they received. This needs to be addressed immediately because it is causing unnecessary stress for customers.
