I am not one who usually posts a review but this individual made a major difference in my experience! I went in for an upgrade and had no idea what I was doing, I was met by Ruby who was incredibly helpful when it came to giving me advice on which device is best and even managed to provide me with an extra item for the same price I pay for my phone contract already!

She was incredibly friendly and approachable, we had issues on the day with not being able to achieve the upgrade but said to come back the next day and she would be there to help me again!

Came back today, the store was manic but she made sure that she served me again and remembered what I wanted (despite the amount of work I had walked into her doing) and again provided amazing service. I couldn’t thank Ruby enough and I am thoroughly happy with my purchase and would recommend her to anyone wanting advice on any devices from O2!

Please do pass on my thanks and appreciation! I will also mention Zac also who helped lift the spirits when it wasn’t working out and to also talk to me today and maintain the upbeat mood. Amazing store 100% !!

Pretty poor customer service. Always feel awkward going in there. I was put off by the staff telling me not to switch up though I said I’d like to. I was told I should just wait, I didn’t want to wait but I was awkwardly stared at until I left. They weren’t going to budge as all I was told was, you don’t want to switch up yet, yes I do? No you don’t, just wait for a bit?.. I don’t know if they have certain targets or attempt to only allow a certain amount of switch ups in a month or something. The rest of the “crew” sat on their phones sending each other videos on instagram rather then attending or assisting. All customers appeared to be a burden on them being peeled away from their phones. The only worker I can speak positively of is the lady who was the shift manager. She was at least attentive and wanted to assist. Let down by the rest of her staff. Extremely disappointing, ill switch up elsewhere in the future.

Visited shop today and both Philip and Zack were very knowledgeable and helpful. Zack solved our problem with sheer tenacity going above and beyond – his knowledge was outstanding and he is a credit to the store and O2. Thank you !

Revisited the shop today with another issue and Filip was brilliant determined to solve the problem which he did successfully . Another outstanding staff member and a credit to the store also. High fives
