The worse experience I ever had with o2. I returned my phone (within 14 days) and the store manager Gordon has dealt with the return. Two months later I’m still paying for the phone I returned and no one can help me. After hours of trips to o2 and phones to customer service I got told today it was Gordon that didn’t return it properly! Wasted time, I had to buy 3 data Bolton at PS10 each time because of my current tariff that I wanted to change it myself buy cant do it until I pay the phone off, the phone that has been returned over two months ago!!! Withing our countless visits to the store we’ve seen few customers leaving in anger after dealing with Gordon(THE MANAGER!)! It’s beyond me how someone so incompetent can be a manager! He have no clue what he’s doing and expression on his face when he talk to you is like he just want you to go away. Today I finally said enough ow wasting my time and will go to small court next week as I can’t pay for he’s ridiculous mistakes!

I m not really happy with my experience. Though the man Gorden he really gave us enough time to think while we want to purchase the phone but after that he didnt let us know about the o2 open where i could add my discount, i was eligible for. I kept saying why my payment is like the regular one, i sent one of my family member there. Gorden handedover the conversation to another lady due to some communication problem. The lady just told that discounted payment starts from the second month. Again when i went there as still the payment was the regular one, then Mr. Gorden explain about how to add discount which idealy he should explain me at the time of purchase. By the time he told me it was already more than 28 days since the day of purchase and i miss my discount. Further, he kept saying that he has explained everything to my family member which he has not. Who would like to miss the discount. no one i believe.
So not really happy and the network also very very poor.

I’ve left the Farnborough store completely deflated after what was meant to be a nice experience, treating myself to a new iPhone. Myself and my Dad were in the store for over 3 hours with not a lot to show for it. I appreciate we experienced a few hurdles with transferring ownership and the sim card, but I feel these things could’ve been avoided with better product knowledge. The manager, Gordon, was openly rude to his staff in front of customers, he didn’t offer us any form of compensation for our time (despite us trying to leave multiple times because we were missing valuable working hours), and made it seem like us buying a product from his store was a complete inconvenience. I will not be returning to the o2 Farnborough store and will discourage all my friends and family from going there. Very disappointed.
