I was transferred from Virgin mobile to 02 August2023..Time will tell the result of that based on what future service and results i receive as a customer.At least they have a shop where you can talk to someone face to face. Virgin and Samsung closed their Glasgow shops making me a very unhappy chappie consigned to phone enquiries to people with no understandable command of English language.Today was a good start. A delightful young lady member of staff Hayleigh was helpful, and efficient and above all patient in answering an old technophobe’s 20 questions about what the future holds for our continued business relationship.
The shop is conveniently situated on mainstream Buchanan st.no 85.

A few weeks ago I was locked out of my phone. An understandable inconvenience. I spoke to Fraser about it, he gave me a few good suggestions before I returned back. Three days later I realised that I had to return back , as I just had no way to retrieve use of my phone. After gaining access to my secondary email we could start the process. Fraser very calmly helped me to do all of it as I had no idea where to start. Thank you Fraser at O2!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with O2’s customer service.The representative (the one in the picture) is so rude and arrogant, showing no basic manners. she didn’t even offer us a seat, making us stand throughout our interaction. To make matters worse, she has not provided any proper solution to our problem. Overall, it was the worst service experience I’ve ever had.
