There was 3 assistant people working but only one serving the male was more worried about feeding his face than helping serve customer the young female who served me was helpful & knowledgeable & the other person who was there Eventually served another customer but the young male was more concerned about getting food so walked out to sort himself out rather than put customer first as I didn’t get what i wanted i won’t be using the shop again
I was blown away by the customer service received from James and his team at the Havant 02 Store, Havant Meridian Centre.
The whole experience of updating and transferring data to my new phone was a very pleasant one. I was able to witness how highly efficient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional James was with all the customers he came into contact with whilst there and would have no hesitation in recommending this store.
The staff in this shop are exceptional and do what they can and more BUT the company need a lot to be desired.
