Staff member shamed me that getting my PS20 refunded suggesting is cheap, a waste of time, and not worth it, after customer service on the phone a few days earlier lied to me about the PAC code and how it will switch without problems.
Basicall he was saying it’s okay to pay for a service I did not buy or its okay to reward o2 for lying to me.
On a phone call to customer service the next day after visiting Lancaster o2, the operator told me I should have been helped in store. He did not when I asked him.
Pretty bad. Never again with O2 and virgin media. Wasted time nobody will pay me for. Like my time is worth nothing.
In the end calling another time customer service to solve the problem with what should not have been a problem and refund done automatically, I have been not able to solve it and get refund. They made more problems and waste my time more by adding credit to account I won’t use as I switched and won’t come back to o2.

I visited this store when helping a family member. I give 5 stars to the two girls who helped us, they were really friendly and helpful. The issue I had though was with the gentleman I assume was the manager. I felt he was incredibly rude to one of the girls and seemed to have a really bad attitude problem towards his staff. The ‘manager’ also interrupted our conversation when I was at the front desk. Seriously mate, maybe you should try to not let the power go to your head and learn from the two girls who had superior customer service skills to you.
The O2 shop in Barrow closed down some time ago. I needed F2F help with returning a new phone I’d purchased online. I decided to keep my iPhone 13. I’ve just received an email from O2 saying my new SIM and packaging for the return of the new phone have been sent.
