Just to say I wish to bestow the best customer service at this Llandudno store. I was recently given a new phone and was not familiar with how to transfer info and data from my old phone to this new one. I was so happy with the help, courtesy and information from Hannah ( current manager) and new member of staff Harvey which enabled me to get the new phone sorted. Having been with O2 for many years I was refreshed at how amenable , friendly and knowledgable the staff were to me . I can do a fair bit of technology to get me by but their ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude made my day. Harvey even went to get me a glass of water. What could have been a stressful situation for me turned out to be a truly positive experience. I can’t thank you enough for your time and patience Hannah and Harvey. Popped in yesterday to upgrade. Usual go to my local store in Bangor but they have closed. I found the staff to be polite, but not very knowledgeable. I had an apple iwatch linked to my contract and I was told that this would be cancelled automatically once we did the new contract for the upgrade..but it was a lie! I checked my account this morning and it seems that the apple watch is still active and I’m still charged for it. Ive been on the phone with o2 customer services and they told me that ut hasnt been cancelled and that I’m still being billed for it. Also lost my student discount! Not happy. I will now have to make a formal complaint

First time dealing with O2 today and it was a real pleasure to have Harvey helping me and he was very honest and helpful. Got everything I needed to do done very quickly with him. Thank you for making it so easy for me.
