My wife and I were recently assisted by Melissa at the O2 shop, and we were thoroughly impressed. I am writing this review about how helpful and happy a young lady called Melissa is. She help my mother sort out putting her phone on a contract my mum called when she was in the store and Melissa spoke to me about what she was going to do and if the cost would be ok which I really thought was a lovely thoughtful thing for Melissa to do. Then today she also helped my sister sort her phone out. She is a credit to herself and your store

This is the first time I have encountered such unprofessional staff. They couldn’t solve an elementary issue, I went to them three times and no one could help, they only made things worse. Even the manager who should know and understand any issues turned out to be completely incompetent. No one even apologized for wasting my time, causing problems and not being able to solve them. This is the worst service I have ever encountered.
