I am very new to this area and one of my contract linked mobile phones is damaged. I called in to this 02 unit and was greeted with a male sat at the back of the shop. Both my son and I had been waiting for around 15 minutes . This person made absolutely no effort to help my family to begin a resolution to the phone fault. Moreover he was arrogant when I was trying to explain that the mobile at fault is costly to be giving my son a poor level of mobile experience .
Merely handed me a tacky landline and said ” ring them “.
This person projected himself as a supervisor for 02 .
He was so useless I felt the need to leave the shop after I asked about the main head office he told me Bath Road was closed down.

The Maidenhead team have always been super good at explaining things and very pro active.

Hammad gave excellent service when he upgraded me to the new iPhone 13. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and offered me a data transfer without me having to ask. He took care of me very well and made sure everything was sorted before I left. As I was leaving, the other staff member Hasan was very friendly to me and said “enjoy your new phone and enjoy your day”. I felt the entire team were very welcoming and so friendly and provided amazing customer service. Highly recommend this store if you are looking to upgrade.

An O2 store with staff that make that extra bit of effort. It’s always exciting and somewhat stressful when going for an upgrade but the staff were meticulous in making sure customers go away with the right deals and with a smile.
