Excellent service from James Barlow.
Had purchased 2 new O2 handsets online via my O2 account, but struggling to get them to work as the instructions were non existent. SIM cards, Sd cards and all the copying of contacts and data was successfully carried out by James.
A pleasant and satisfying experience especially now everything works.

The service the staff provide in this shop is fantastic, for 2 weeks me and my partner have been in and out upgrading/pre ordering and collecting orders, each and every time we’ve been in there they have done everything to make us feel welcome and do everything they can to get us what we want, even when there system had gone down, we appreciate your help gents thank you
The staff are spot on even if you don’t know anything about I.T. and mobile phones they make it easy for you to understand, and help you feel comfortable and less awkward. Andre was my assistant and is the perfect assistant helped me every step of the way(it was the Ormskirk branch by the way) I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there or recommend anyone to use them
