I hope people see this review to see the experience I recently had with your customer service team.

I placed an order for an Apple Watch in the shop, leveraging my subscriber benefits, which unfortunately did not go as planned. Not only was the process unsuccessful, but it also caused a significant issue with my account. To exacerbate the situation, an inexperienced employee cancel the direct debit.

This action led to severe complications as my bank account was not debited for the purchase, resulting in multiple service interruptions across all of my lines. The inconvenience and frustration this has caused are immeasurable.

I decided not to go to them ever, and I will try to end the service with them as soon as the subscription ends.

Got a new phone on a monthly contract a few weeks ago, at the Queensgate O2 shop, a few weeks ago.

The star for me was a lady assigned to help me, and her name is Natalie.

She was first and foremost friendly and engaging, and very knowledgeable about the products, she patiently and clearly explained all I needed to know, and I was able to make an informed choice in my preference.

It was a bit of a lengthy process, but she made the time flyby quickly.

Above all she was knowledgeable,efficient, engaging, friendly and approachable.
