Joke , I got a 02 text telling I no credit left so they added 1 extra gig , I checked balance it said I had 13 thousands left so I holding on the phone 20 min or so and I was walking past 02 shop , so I went in and explained the problem , I put balance on and staff member said I have 3 thousands gig listening to call I said no it’s 13 thousands then showed them the text so I rerung the balance so she could AGAIN listen to the balance and it was 13 thousands gig, so I said could he explain or check balance ( which she CAN check online) for me BUT she couldn’t be bothered and male staff said its pay as you go to sort out ( 3 of the staff members stood there doing NOTHING ) so I said forget the shop is a joke then I turned to walk away the the male said bye bye sarcastically and I said that’s why I don’t use 02 under contract as its a joke so he said bye bye again and I said that’s why there’s 3 of you stood there with out any customers bye bye , totally ignorant, lazy, obnoxious staff who will close the 02 shop in preston down, when I did get threw to 02 a man who could just about speak English and told to ignore the text BUT if online credit cuts out it genuinely wouldn’t surprise me as none of the 02 staff have a clue

This people working here are absurd and delusional. They Think international people dont deserve to buy a phone in contract and refuse to sell any. why do you expect most international people to speak and act like british? remember there are 67 million british and more than 8 billion people in this world that are not british…dont expect everyone to speak english and act like a british person unless you are foolish and delusional. i could get the phone i wanted from manchester. so how am i worthy to have that in manchester but not in this shop in preston when i live in preston? so its the people working here that have a chip on the shoulder.

Me and my mum had our details stolen and our account locked and we couldn’t use our numbers. After getting nowhere through the phone lines, we spoke to Ola in the store and she went above and beyond to help get our numbers working. She was very patient and showed empathy which wasn’t our experience with other members and I just wanted to leave this here because as we weren’t in the store to make a purchase, we couldn’t leave feedback. We were there for just over an hour and she worked through every hurdle with us and resolved all our issues efficiently and effectively. Amazing team member and amazing service from her!
