Called in today as very worried, yesterday someone rang pretending to be from o2. I sorted it out by phone then saw a segment on tv during the evening about fraud at o2 being a big problem. It made me feel unsure about my security. Emir was fantastic. So kind, understanding and helpful. He checked everything was OK and explained what the scammers were trying to do. All the staff seemed really pleasant and helpful. Thank you , especially Emir.
I would like to thank Adam for his fantastic help today when I changed my antiquated. I got stuck with downloading the data from my old phone when I got home so went back down and Adam patiently sorted out downloading the data again and was happy for me to wait in the shop whilst this was done. He was absolutely brilliant not just with me but with other customers he helped this afternoon and they weren’t just buying phones. Thanks again Adam.

He told our son who is eight with autism to go away at one stage which we thought was incredibly rude how about can you stand behind mummy and daddy? No idea where his Manners were.
Only went in to look at a phone with a camera on but straight away he wanted everydetail to sign us up before even seeing anything.
