After 3 attempts at sorting my contract & bills out I have made the decision to end my contract with them today . I’ve been a loyal customer of 02 for 20 years. I found 2 very incompetent staff members sam & Iris who were rude , Sam was adamant that he hadn’t changed my bill when I’d got a text to say he had .but he hid in the back of the shop when I proved him wrong .I would like to say to 02 you had 1 good member of staff in your shop today who was very knowledgeable and new what he was on about shahid I would recommend him if you need anything sorting out in this shop.

My dad was having issues with his phone , from walking into the shop at Crystal Peaks Shahid greeted us with a smile , it was late in the day and no doubt he had a busy day but he could not have welcomed us more . He was so helpful and lots of patience with my dad , nothing was too much trouble for Shahid . He is an absolute credit to O2 . Thank you so much Shahid for your help , when it is time to upgrade we will certainly be back . Five stars

Shahid could not have been more helpful when I visited store today. He tried every option available to ensure I got the outcome best for me.
