Practically every member of staff I saw had name badges on, I was seen to within a minute of entering the shop. My query was sorted out in a polite and friendly manner, and customer services where true to there word in delivering what they said. Within an hour my account was reconnected, and within a few hours I received my pac code as promised by the helpful young lady on the phone. I had various issues with 02 the previous week, there chat service was terrible, but South Shields 02 Store were so helpful. Praise where it’s due, and this store could learn other 02 departments a lot in the way of manners, and customer service. A big thank you, and well done to South Shields 02 Store.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Graham, who very patiently sorted a new phone for me after I broke my old one.
This guy went over and above what I would have ever expected. He is an asset to O2 well done Graham. Mustn’t forget Tim from the Hartlepool (Middleton Grange) shop who pointed me in the right direction after he sourced the phone I needed. Tim again needs recognising for his great customer service. Because of this experience I will definitely be using O2 going forward.

Been there today to trade my EE mobile plan for a better option just to find out I am not alegiable to become a new O2 client unless I hold a UK passport or driving licence. I’m a Spanish expad working for an energy engineering firm, and I hold an undefinite right to remain status – that is not enough for O2 to consider me alegiable? It felt racist and discriminate. The Vodafone around the corner took in my request.
