Awful uncaring attitude, totally messed up phone transfer too. Told me they don’t do upgrades any more, after I kept questioning why she finally said well you can get a different phone to the one you have we don’t do that one any more. I said so you can do that as an upgrade, yes she says but not the phone you have. I said I didn’t ask to have the sane phone, I asked you to help me with phones for an upgrade. She made a face and waved her hand, said look over there. It carried on in the same way, I was desperate for the phone or I’d have walked out but she has managed to mess up the transfer all I can fo is text or phone, locked me out of all my apps, I’ll go back in today to see if there’s a manager in. Never had anyone this awful before in o2 shops

Very dissatisfied with the service and attitude I received on Sunday, due to getting a new phone requiring a case and protector so visited here, picked one up and went to the counter, 2 people sorting customers out then 1 finished and went over to help there colleague when they knew I was waiting, could’ve sent the other to help me but no left me standing for 20 minutes waiting to be served, then looked at me walked into the back watched my sister walk out then it took her for my sister to walk off to get her to come over and serve me she then said “Is this what you’re having today” found that a little unprofessional, won’t be revisiting here, service and attitude completely attrocious!

Fantastic service today – a Sunday – from Dave Smith at O2 shop in Weston Favell Centre. 10/10 for attitude, responsiveness and technical ability to fix the problem I went to him with. It was just another reminder that the best service is provided face-to-face by local people, genuinely focused on customer needs, compared to my experience of the abysmal “call centre” service provided by both O2’s telephone sales and customer support people. Lesson learned; shop local.

As the owner/MD of a professional training company in both sales and customer service, I can honestly say that what Dave does is far more likely to win new customers – and keep them!
