I went into the Wilmslow Cheshire branch this morning to report a bereavement. My late son was the account holder.
I was greeted by a young lady called Rawan. I was so moved by the compassion, patience, professionalism and knowledge that Rawan showed me. She made a very painful experience bearable and for that I was truly grateful.
I thanked Rawan on the day but feel management should also thank her and be proud to have such a lovely young lady working for them.

I came into this branch as my local macclesfield branch is closed and found the team here are much more helpful. Specifically Iyza who went above and beyond for me and my son who suffers from a learning disability. She listened and conversed with him where normal advisors would ignore and talk to me instead which I really appreciated. She explained everything clearly and demonstrated a lot of patience with my son. Huge props. My new go to store!
Went today to speak about our contract which is wrong after signing up for over 2ks worth of phones the previous week. Walked in and ‘the team’ were so fixated on talking about the local fire service that they didn’t acknowledge me at any point so I just walked out – outrageous service. You’ve one simple job to do guys – customer service!!!
