Walked in to have a look at some phones, mainly Samsung and mainly the flip 5 to get an idea of the size. A gentleman working there was leaning against where I wanted to look but did move without no acknowledgment of me. I continued to look at the phones and then turned and asked if they had any feedback from the flip 5, his response was “are you talking to me” (no one else in the shop) I asked the question again and his response “no” at no point did he offer advice or help. I will not be going back there to get my phone. Only wish I had took his name.

Management ok but unfortunately they have 1 member of staff that due to him i will now avoid this shop like the plague. Awful attitude fowl language and no idea what customer service is. He doesnt listen to what you are saying so doesnt sort out the problem of which this shop caused in the first place. Unfortunately I am in a contract with them but as soon as this ends I will move to another network so I don’t have to use them again. Wish I could score less than 1 star because of this 1 person they have working for them.

Fabulous service, my 2nd visit as so impressed. Staff are friendly and professional with the knowledge to assist. Nothing is too much trouble. Great modern store with all the latest devices on display to hold and examine. Very easy process to take out a new contract. Very competitive pricing. Highly recommended.
