I went to 02 on Wrexham High street this morning . All the staff were very friendly especially Michael who dealt with me.. He sorted out a great deal for me and it was much better than I ever expected.. The store was very busy and Michael at times was helping others as well as me. I honestly don’t know how he did it !!!
He was very professional but lovely with it.
Thank you sooooo much for all you did – I am over the moon with my new phone. I will definitely be recommending this 02 store to my friends and family. Thanks again MIchael .. Bel 🙂

I had the occasion to visit the O2 store to carry out some ammendents to my a/c etc., Following a telephone call to the store I later attended and was seen by the staff member who answered my phone call.
I found the young man most sympathetic to my requirements and He did everything that needed to be done in the circumstances. His attitude was professional and concise throughout.

Great experience. Went into O2 to help my mum arrange a new deal…Our planned reason for going changed slightly… but after a coffee and conflab we returned and had the pleasure of connors assistance. Completed our request with ease and friendliness…. with a few giggles along the way! Thanks from Michelle and Julia
