After spending 2 weeks with an ongoing issue with my partners computer shutting down every night from 10pm-7am as a result of a problem within Microsoft 365, we had almost given up and were going to buy another computer. We had been in contact with Microsoft chat support, but got no-where. After contacting Darren, he came out the same day, spending several hours going through our computers. He even contacted us at 10pm the same evening to see if the issue had been resolved. After some additional minor tweeks, the problem was fixed. My partners computer is now working correctly, thanks to Darren and his support. We cannot recommend him more highly. Ditto from Fiona (my partner).
Brilliant service, great price. Darren went out of his way to sort out some software on my daughters laptop, squeezing me in to his tight schedule.
