Left laptop for keyboard replacement, it was dropped off with back cover already taken off to ease the process for the guy. When received massage went to collect it. I was handed my laptop in pieces as the guy ‘tend not to do any extra work’ I could not believe what I’m hearing. Service is absolute joke. When I asked if the laptop was checked after keyboard replacement he also said it wasn’t checked. So basically he doesn’t care if the item he replaced works. On top of everything the guy said he is offended when I said this is so unprofessional. I am the one offended receiving such horrible service that a guy can’t be bothered to put 7 screws in place as ‘he tend not to do any extra work’. Never going there again.
Took my Samsung A52 phone into the store about a month and half ago as the screen needed replaced. It now requires a new screen to be fitted, the screen oneclick fitted was missing a flex part which operates the signal from the one to the screen to show the display. Very disappointed with a large sum paid out
The phone is now in a IHELP repair centre where all parts of the screen are available.
Owner cannot fault their customer service unfortunately the equipment or person fitting the screen is the problem.
If I could score no stars I would. Took in an iPad and an iPhone 11 Pro Max both for screen repairs less than 10 days later iPad screen had cracked was replaced with an inferior plastic screen. iPhone 11 Pro Max lasted a month before the screen started to go purple and splitting at the corners also phone running at a ridiculously slow speed. Not sure if he’s removed and changed parts. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Waste of money!
