Onsite PC Medics do just what their name suggested – look after your PC or laptop at your premises.

Nisar Bundoo really knows what he’s doing, but more importantly doesn’t suggest an expensive solution if a more cost effective one can be found.

He’s always polite, helpful and unlike a lot of other PC repair people doesn’t try and explain the technical side of what has happened (unless you want to know!) but gets on with the repair. Also, I’m more than happy to leave him to it so I can carry on with something else.

His pricing is reasonable and it’s a joy to have him look after my laptop and PC.

My All-in-One PC is a bit of a nightmare for engineeers, the screen has to be removed from the body of the PC which is physically difficult before you get to disconnecting the four short and delicate cables connecting the two. Nisar arrived punctually, fitted a replacement hard drive in double quick time and got me up and running having re-installed windows and restored my back up files. Very impressed with the service.

My first experience with a professional and I couldn’t ask for or get better, efficient friendlier service. The job was hard and took time, but now all is well – new computer and printer all set up and working. I heartily recomend Nisar.
