Kian did a great job setting up a new laptop for me with all the apps I could have needed for work, and Matthew was so patient running me through how to use the laptop and all the bits and bobs I would need to know. Their remote service is incredible and really helps to illustrate how to fix any problems or issues I was having so I could see step-by-step! Their response time was almost immediate and they provided such an amazing service. Deborah was also very kind and a lovely first point of contact.
