I went to the store after seeing an advertisement about them recruiting due to expansion. The staff was EXTREMELY rude, not even smiling once even though I just wanted to talk. I did not go to drop my resume rather to just enquire about their expansion which I saw on the advertisement. I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone to go there again nor would I buy from them in my life. Exceptionally bad customer service, hardly even caring to actually look and smile at a person who walked into your store. The other staff didn’t even care to interfere or come to address my inquiry. This is NOT how you treat anyone, even people who come to inquire about hiring.

While the prices are great, we had a very poor delivery experience from store. The person first wouldn’t confirm the time he would come, moreover, the TV when delivered, was drenched in rain. They had plastic wrap packing available at the store but decided to save a dollar and deliver the tv in this condition.
Moreover, we felt that from the moment we entered the store to when tv got delivered, the elderly store manager/employee was extremely rude with us.
If you’re saving 50$ on purchasing from here, please skip. As they are extremely unreliable in post sales experience as well.

I’ve bought a few things here over the years, a TV, Apple Watch AirPods. Never any problem. Last night I went to pick up something and they were actually closed, but the door was unlocked and there were still people in there (It turned out there’s another ‘open box’ nearby and I’d checked their hours instead). The guy said they were closed but said if I knew what I wanted, then they could do it. I was very grateful as I had come up from Richmond.
This is a good go-to for items.
