I had an issue with my laptop booting up giving me an error which required a passcode to get through. I took it to Optima who explained the problem, possible sources of how I might be able to find the passcode myself but if I could not, the options I had and costs. Their advice allowed me to resolve the problem myself at no charge. They were highly professional and courteous throughout and the options were well explained and well priced. I would not hesitate to use them if I had another issue.
Optima sent me an accurate estimate and their visit followed very quickly. They restored my service, installing a new router and a Mesh system, which is working very well so far. They took great care to position the units in order to give us a good connection in every room – a welcome novelty since we have never had internet in 2 of our rooms before now. Well done Optima, I can recommend you with confidence.
