We are a leasing platform (Ooodles) who occasionally collaborate with Optimising IT as we have common clients. The Optimising IT team has always been quick to respond, clear in their communication and very honest in their dealings with us. They are also a really nice group of individuals to deal with and I personally would have no hesitation in entrusting them with my IT requirements if I was a business looking to outsource my IT.
Optimising IT are a fantastic and highly experienced cyber-security consultancy business. I would very much recommend their managed IT services that they offer – incredibly thought provoking and provided us with valuable insights about cyber-security and the importance of information security.
Terminated contract due to slow responses, billing for numerous (very simple) tasks and lacking in proactivity. Upon leaving didn’t hand over sufficiently to our incoming MSP. Would avoid.
