We needed to arrange to discontinue our Internet and wanted a clear explanation of what it would entail. We were lucky to meet Bob again,last time was years ago when we conducted the whole operation in French, only to find that he is from Brighton originally! His French also is seamless. He organised it all for us, explained what we need to do and wrote it down on a piece of paper at our request. Many thanks, great service and quite speedy.
The service of the advisors was great – the fact that Orange let us down is another matter. We were promised after signing up for fibre 11th April we would have had it installed. No according to your system there is no date for the installation, I have heard in the village that others have had the same problem.
Whilst waiting time was very long during our visit yesterday the colleague who served us was very helpful Although we do not speak French she was able to guide us through all our questions
