First of all, shoot out to the manager I don’t remember his name but the black man..he was so kind and professional that he let me with a good feelings for Orange’s company all around the world and you can trust me I was always disappointed bye the others.

Very bed costumer service..after they give me to wait one hour..because i didn’t speak french..they finally help with the problem ..but i wouldn’t go back there..the lady manager..and all the guys..they have no patience and i felt so bed ..this is was the second time I needed to go for something they were supposed to help for the first time.
Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had in France. Stood in the shop for nearly 30 mind then was told by a very stroppy woman that she wouldn’t be doing anything today without an appointment despite the welcome lady not saying this. We got news for you Orange, you ain’t the only fish in the sea!
