I was having issues with my old Dell XPS & decided to take it to Kal after reading a few reviews. I knew his storefront had been in the same location on Howard for quite a while and assumed he was still there for a good reason.
I have several peripherals which I really did not want to see become obsolete.
He pinpointed the problem with the pc, and suggested a replacement, as the motherboard and hard drive were showing signs of imminent failure.
He migrated all the components he could from from my old PC to a used Precision T1700 Workstation.
In all fairness, the transition did not go exactly as planned.
I made a number of trips back to Kal for problem-solving. Never once did he hesitate to stop what he was doing to help get the new machine up and running.
In the end, Kal did what he needed to do, to leave me with a working desktop.
I admire him for his work ethic, his honesty and his determination to make sure I was happy.
I would not hesitate to recommend him. He is a fair, hardworking and honest businessman.
I just wish there were more like him.

Absolute best place to bring your pc or Mac for repair. Kal is a miracle worker. We thought my daughters Mac was done and only brought it in to confirm and see if we salvage anything. Kal immediately opened it up and diagnosed it for us and quickly gave us a quick estimate of cost and a time line. He was honest, straight forward and very knowledgeable. It was time to get a new gaming PC so I decided to go with Kal at Orange PC. I told him what I wanted in my system and my budget. Kal shopped around all over the internet to get me the best price. He put it together for me, tested it thoroughly and now I have a great gaming PC. Kal was very thorough to get the best price for the specific parts I wanted for my system.
