On monday, I went to drop off the laptop to get my fans replaced. I got a receipt and waited for the phone call, which never came. I called Sunday but they where closed and left a message with my correct number.
On the following Monday, i havent gotten a callback so after work I go over there and ask what is going on.
They sent a txt message for approval to the wrong number as they didn’t take it down correctly. Perhaps it has something to do with how red his eyes was.
I give the all clear and go back home.
On the Tuesday of the following week I call back. Clerk says it ordered and should arrive this week.
I tell the clerk I can order them on Amazon with 2 day delivery. The clerk responds “what do you want me to do, go get them myself?”
I hang up the phone and decide to wait the rest of the week.
On Saturday(today) now end of week 3.
Call in to know if the parts have arrived, says they have not arrived.
I hang up without another word.
The store calls me right back, I decline the call and the call back again. I decline again and they call back. I answer and they hang up on me.
They purposefully called me back to hang up on me.
I went to get my laptop as I had little hope of getting it before Christmas and even then I can’t trust someone who treats his customers the way he did. The fact he screwed up taking my phone number down didn’t even register plus he still wanted to charge me 15% for some bogus return fee.
Hopefully he did not purposefully break anything in my laptop. Who can say. Iguess I’ll find out once my fans are fixed.

I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Now my screen does not turn on. As I suspected. I will be calling back on Monday so they can fix this obviously “accidental” problem.
Highly recommend this place if you’re not a tech savvy person. They will guide through any questions, wants and needs and most likely any other future components you may think of down the road.
